Stupid kids- The bus driver can’t let them off unless it is a designated stop. Its against the law. The driver would be sued. Look at her with her cell phone demanding to be let off. Girls these days are wastes of oxygen. I hope they are punished. The girls are completely in the wrong here
ok well first of all that bus driver should not have thrown the phone or touched the girl ,then the bus drivers duaghter fights for her mom.Not cool i think it was good the girls friend came to help….
They charged the Bus driver girl, with the phone that was thrown, with Aggravated assult. it should have been the mom and the daughter, cuz the bus driver is not aloud to touch a minor, and the daughter is not an authority to be puttin her hands on people either.
Wow. You wouldn’t get that in the UK. Fortunately we don’t all have as much fear of being sued. Sure, political correctness is strangling the country but we can get off a school bus when needed
.
It would be easy to go to a blog from another country and be like “we dun get dat in my cuntwy we we we!”
First off, as someone else stated, a bus driver can NOT allow a student off just anywhere if they are under the age of 18, unless consulted by a parent. It’s AGAINST the law! Second, the bus driver didn’t hit her, she restrained her because the girl got up in her face and was trying to leave. Third, as for the fist fight, it was self defense. The teen was the first one to strike out, the bus driver was defending herself. As for the bus driver’s daughter, all I have to say about that is if ANYONE ever laid their hands on my mother for ANY reason, they would be breathing out of their neck!
I don’t car if the bus driver can not let them off. FACT IS SHE SHOULD HAVE NEVER TOUCHED THAT STUDENT!!! SHE CAN’T. I hate to disagree with all of you but you have too see the whole tape when they first stopped.. The truth is that yes the girl over reacter but when your young you tend too. The bus driver is at falt for this one in my eyes
As a fellow bus school driver, I am very certain that the girls behaviour and immature loudness brought on the entire incident. If this high school aged girl had an ounce of courtesy and respect, the US courts would not be involved now. If its of any relevance, the youngest generation are not any better. Give us back the days when a parent or another adult had earned some respect. However, our politically correct nations now say otherwise and guess why the day to day kaos like this Arizona bruehah is continuing.
While Samantha could have handled it a little differently she was not the one in the wrong. If you notice in the video, they were clearly coming to a designated stop as another student was getting up to leave the bus. Why didn’t the driver let her off then? And what was this nonsense about her being loud? When I saw the video, I thought the fight would be between the kid standing at first. I hadn’t even really noticed Sam until the driver stopped and talked to her. How was she being the loud one? The driver made a problem out of it. She asks why she is on the bus and Sam, not wanting to get into a problem, decides she will leave the bus. However, the driver then seems to change her mind and won’t let her off. (I know she is not allowed but she could have called base and got permission. Why is she so intent on keeping this ‘disruptive’ child on board?) Then, she proceeded to use physical force to make Sam listen. When Sam tried to get her mom’s permission to leave the bus at an undesignated stop, the driver threw her cell phone, possibly damaging it and pushed her again. While Sam did raise her voice, she did not hit or push (had her hands in the air, visible and not touching the driver) and she did try to watch her language. When, after a few minutes of thinking and surveying where her phone was she tried to at last get her cell phone back from beyond the driver after it had been thrown again and broken, the driver was the one who again used physical force to stop her and started pulling her hair among other things. As heard in the video as the others joined, Sam was trying to defend and release herself from the drivers grasp. The driver was clearly in the wrong, especially since after an interview with a parent, it was discovered said parent was pounding on the door during the scuffle to be let in to retrieve her child. Also revealed later is the fact that Sam went to hospital to be examined and had in fact received injuries from the driver.
Sam and her mother later in an interview said that the driver had recurring problems with Sam and not really with any other student. Sam had wanted a new bus to avoid this driver as well. To truly understand what started this, they suggest seeing the video from the start, when the students are loading from the school and see how the driver acts.
As a side note, I know very well what bus drivers go through. My mother has worked as a school bus driver for all ages for a number of years. I know the rules, I know the hard things, and I’ve been on the bus for a few of her routes.
there only stupid teens but the adult bus diver should be charged with assault
They will be handing out Tazers next to keep all you little people in order. Of course the young girl is facing charges not the driver. You try to bring a police state in without a few people getting hurt it cannot happen. The people handing out the hurt, Again not getting punished as they never do (how many people have the police have used tazers on people when its absloutly not called for??). This will be seen as a lesson in SIT DOWN SHUT UP AND DO WHAT YOU ARE TOLD and of course you have to start teaching at a young age so they grow into nice quiet robots.
No wonder kids get fustrated these days
America land of the free?LMAO
